Game InstructionsPai Gow Poker is a combination of the ancient Chinese game of Pai Gow and the game of Poker. The object of Pai Gow Poker is to make two poker hands that beat the banker's hands.
The player is dealt 7 cards that you make into two separate hands: a five-card hand [Highest Hand] and a two-card hand [2nd Highest Hand]. The hands are played and ranked as traditional poker hands [with one exception: A2345 is the second highest straight]. The five-card hand must always outrank the two-card hand. For example, you have a pair of sevens and a pair of queens in your original hand. The pair of sevens must go into the two-card hand and the queens have to be in the five-card hand.
To choose your wager left click on your selected chip value and then click on the “BET” area in the center of the table. You can increase your wager by left clicking multiple times, or reduce your selected wager by right clicking. Once you have placed your wager, click “DEAL” to deal a new game.
You can select your own cards for the 2nd Highest Hand by left clicking on the appropriate cards, or the software can do this automatically for you by selecting “HOUSE WAY” after the cards have been dealt. Once you have arranged your cards, the dealer will turn over his cards and split them up in the same way you just did, with the five-card hand higher than the two-card hand.
If both hands are better than the banker's hand, you win; if both hands lose, you lose; otherwise it's a push. In case of a push, no money will be exchanged and the hand is over. If either one of your hands rank the same as the dealer's, it’s called a tie and the dealer wins all the ties. The joker is a wild card but it can only be used as an Ace or to complete a Straight, Straight Flush or Royal Flush. Since in this system many hands end up with a push, the casino charges a 5% commission on any winning bet. No commission is charged on a push or a lost bet.

Casino Game and Poker Rules Variants - Holdem Variants: Guts
Each player antes and is dealt three cards face down. They then decide if they will "Play" or "Fold". If they decide to Play, they put in another ante (usually of the same size of the original ante).
The dealer then says "1-2-3 Drop" and players who do not wish to remain in the hand any longer drop their cards to the table.
Of the players who are still in the hand, they show their cards. The hierarchy is:
1. Three
of a Kind
2. Straight Flush
3. Straight
4. Flush
5. Pair
6. High Card
The winner takes the pot, anyone who loses at this showdown matches the pot for the next round of play (all players re-ante into the next pot too).
There
is another variation on this in which all players pass one card to the
left immediately after they are dealt their hand, then the game continues
as described.

Casino Game and Poker Rules Variants - Holdem Variants: Church (or Iron
Cross)
Each player is dealt 5 cards down, and then 5 cards are placed face down in the center in the shape of a cross. The cards are revealed one by one, starting with the top and moving clockwise with the center card being revealed last. There is a round of better after each card is revealed.
After all 5 cards are revealed, each players makes the best 5 card poker hand possible, using their 5 hole cards in combination with one of the arms of the cross. That is, they can only use 3 of the cards from the community that form a straight line.
The winner is the person with the highest 5 card poker hand.
